those gifs really make my heart hurt. I can’t watch him suffer like those but also can’t take my eyes off of his determination.
The THIRD time Schweini fell to the ground and got up again and carried on playing during extra time.
Even when his face was covered in blood.
(Two of those gifs were posted earlier on but they belong here anyway.)

about the critics
"Let any one of you who never insulted any other team be the first to throw a stone at him."
Personally I don’t think Bastian needed to apologize. Team rivalry is not uncommon, quite opposite i think it’s kind of included in the football culture.
Although, i think Bastian’s early apologize and Grosskreuz’s response were good way to make an end to this problem. I just hope they will continue to be friends after this.

So long time no post…
It’s been some years since I last posted an article. I got a job and it’s been keeping me busy for these years. I leave my home around 7:30 and get back home around 21:00 or later… (crazy japanese working system). So literally no time to write a post, you know.
But, since the german NT won the WC, it’s impossible to keep my heart from the world of the Football. I can’t get my eyes off of them. They won the WC!! I was so happy for them, especially for Klose, and the generation of Lahm, which means Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Podolski and Mertesacker. I even shed the tears when the final whistle blew. Since then I restarted to search and read a lot of football articles.
And of course there is Pippo. He eventually became the coach of milan. I don’t think it’s appropriate for him to become a top team coach now, he took it anyway so no matter what, I don’t have any way but to support him.
So long story short, I probably post and reblog a lot of football related articles again. (and I hadn’t used english for long time, so forgive me for poor english skills)

I’ve been supporting you since the day you started your career with FC Bayern. I watched you grow older, I saw you get stronger day by day. I’ve seen you cry, I’ve seen you get frustrated way too many times but I’ve never seen this devastation before. I know how you feel, I really do. I myself cried for 15 hours when we lost. I just can’t see you blame yourself like that. Don’t just don’t. Please stop apologizing to everyone. It was NOT your fault, I repeat it was NEVER your fault. Don’t you remember, it was you who brought us to the final. We will never ever be in the Allianz Arena on Saturday if it wasn’t you who scored the last penalty against Madrid. I know it hurts a lot, but it hurts me and your fans even more to see you like this. It breaks my heart over and over again to see all those pictures and video of your reaction after the penalty. It will haunt me for the rest of my life believe me. There’s always next season Basti. You guys will be back and even more stronger than before. All of us love you, no one blamed you. We will always support you. If you ever need us, we will be here. You are the best, don’t you ever forget that. We stand together in good and in bad times because we are family. So please, please be strong for your teammates and for your fans. Forget about the past and move on. We have faith in you Basti, we have faith in all FC Bayern players, always and forever. We might came from different country but we have the same heart, a heart of a Bavarian. Don’t stop, keep going until you reach your dream to lift the Champions League trophy. One day Basti, one day the dream will come true. I know it will ‘cause I always believe. :)
As the tragic night neared it’s end Bastian Schweinsteiger couldn’t even face his own girlfriend Sarah. When ‘Schweini’, the tragic hero during FC Bayern’s “drama dahoam”, left the Postpalast Hotel at half past five in the morning he took one exit, the supermodel another. The German…
